Slovenia maintains four artist’s apartments in the U.S. and Europe: Brooklyn, NY, London, Berlin & Vienna. The competition is fierce, and only the most outstanding contemporary Slovene artists are granted one month of rent-free residency.
Short versions of the interviews are published in the Newsletter of the Slovene Embassy in Washington, D.C., and the long versions are available here.
